Effective: 2026-07-08 · Version 2026-07-08
These Terms govern your use of PhriniDailies and other services of the Phriniverse
project (together, "the Service"), available at phriniverse.com and its subdomains. The
Service is operated by the Phriniverse project, run by an individual entrepreneur registered
in Georgia ("we", "us"). You can reach us at sevenwallsfallgreat@gmail.com.
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
PhriniDailies is a habit and dailies tracker with optional social features: you can keep your activity fully private, or choose to publish parts of it (streaks, tracks, badges, decks) on a public profile. It is an early-stage, small-scale project — see section 8 for what that means for availability.
Parts of your activity are visible to others only if you set them to public: your username, display name, bio, avatar, and any streaks, tracks or badges you mark "public", plus any decks you publish to the marketplace. When using the Service you agree not to:
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, with notice where reasonably possible.
You keep ownership of everything you create in the Service. So that we can operate the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display your content — limited to what is needed to provide the Service. For content you deliberately publish (public profile fields, public streaks, published decks), this includes displaying it to other users. If you publish a deck, you also grant other users a licence to use it inside the Service (enrolling in its tracks and copying its tasks into their own task lists).
The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce optional paid features in the future. If we do:
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: your profile, tasks, history, streaks, badges and sign-in data are permanently erased (see the Privacy Policy for details).
De-identified public content may be retained. If you published decks to the marketplace or led shared groups, that content remains available to the people who use it, but is permanently disassociated from you — your authorship is removed and shown as "[deleted]", and no link to your identity is kept. If you want specific published content removed as well, contact us before deleting your account.
The Service itself — its code, design, mascots and branding — belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms don't grant you any rights to it beyond using the Service.
This is a small independent project provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for intent or gross negligence), and nothing affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (4, 6, 8, 10) survive it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence that apply to you regardless of the choice of law. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us — most issues can be resolved by email.
These Terms are versioned by their effective date. If we make material changes, you will be asked to review and accept the new version the next time you use the Service, and your acceptance is recorded. If you do not accept, you can export your data and delete your account.
